Giorgio Fontana was born in Saronno in 1981 and lives in Milan. He has published two novels, Buoni propositi per l’anno nuovo (Mondadori 2007) and Novalis (Marsilio 2008). With the narrative reportage Babele 56 (Terre di Mezzo 2008) reached the finals of the Tondelli Prize 2009.
Freelance journalist very active in the fields of actualities and culture, he contributes for “Il manifesto”, “Wired”, “Terre di mezzo” e “Il Sole 24 ore”.
