Dušan Vejnović (Sombor, 1981) writes fiction and poetry. He published a collection of short stories Stubbornly Whiteness (2011 Award “Djura Đukanov”), a poetic collection Special Needs (2013) and a novel Strongly and to Nobody (2014). He is a psychologist. He lives in Novi Sad.
Bojan Krivokapić
Bojan Krivokapić – (1985) An activist in the culture and writer. He gained his activist and artistic experience at the Chamber Theatre of Music Ogledalo and the International Festival of Actual Music Interzone. Graduated from the University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Philosophy, Department of Comparative Literature.

He awarded first prize for prose Ulaznica (Zrenjanin, 2011), was shortlisted for literary prize Lapis Histriae (Umag, 2012 and 2014). Winner of the prize “Đura Đukanov” for the book “Lilith running, deamons stumbling” (Kikinda, Serbia, 2012). Winner of the prize “Mak Dizdar” for the book “The Flight of the Cockroach” (Stolac, Bosnia and Herzegovina, 2013). Winner of the prize “Edo Budiša” for the book “Lilith running, deamons stumbling” (Pazin, Croatia, 2014).
He is engaged in the Youth Center CK13 in Novi Sad as coordinator of the literary program and as educator in the field of Creative Writing.
He participated at the Ljubljana Festival Mlade Rime, at the Zagreb Festival of Activist Poetry Art Attack, Wood Poets: Poetry Event in Istria, etc.

Dragan Babić
Dragan Babić (Karlovac, 1987) finished Bachelor and Master studies at the Department of English Studies at the Faculty of Philosophy in Novi Sad. He writes short stories, Twitter fiction, essays and book reviews. He published a collection Twitter Stories in 2014.

Miloš K. Ilić was born in 1987 in Pancevo, Serbia. He has been writing short stories for publication since he was fifteen. He published short story collection Price o pivu [Beer Stories] (Laguna, 2008.) He writes radio plays.
Jelena Marinkov
Jelena Marinkov was born in 1993 in Kikinda, where she finished elementary school and gymnasium. She won first place in the Republican contest of talents in the field of literature 2012. That same year she won the award for best song at the 10th literary competition students from Banat organized by RCT Mihajlo Pupin from Pancevo. She has published stories and poems in literary magazines Avangrad, North bunker and tickets. She won the literary prize for the best short story collection of the author’s younger than thirty years Djura Đukanov for 2015. He studies Serbian language and literature with comparative Faculty of Philology in Belgrade.
Bojan Babić
Bojan Babić was born in Belgrade in 1977. He graduated from the Faculty of Philology and has published seven books: PLI-PLI (short stories, Literary Youth of Serbia, 1996); Noise in prose (prose poems, Intelekta, Valjevo, 2003), Stories of good fortune (short stories, Treći Trg (Third Square), Belgrade, 2008), Inhuman comedy (novel, AlgoritamMedia, Belgrade, 2010), Girls, be good (omni-novel, Levo krilo (Left wing), Belgrade, 2013 – Award Fund Borislav Pekic) Illegal Parnassus (novel, Levo krill (Left wing), Belgrade 2013), Chaplin’s foot (novel, Left wing, Belgrade 2015).
His stories, poems and newspaper articles were published in magazines and anthologies in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, Kosovo, Sweden, Austria, United States, Mexico, Iceland …
He resided in residential programs for writers in Sarajevo and in Gotland (Sweden).

Dorothee Elmiger
Dorothee Elmiger, born in 1985 in Switzerland, studied at the Swiss Institute of Literature in Biel, and then in Leipzig and Berlin. Her first novel “Einladung an die Waghalsigen” (Invitation for the brave at heart) has won several awards, including the Aspekte Literature Prize 2010 for best debut fiction work. Her second book, “Schlafgänger” (Sleepwalkers), was published in 2014. This book has in 2015 won the Switzerland literary prize. She has collaborated with visual artists, musicians and writers. He lives and works in Switzerland.
The residence of Dorothee Elmiger in Belgrade is supported by the Embassy of Switzerland in Belgrade.
Mirjana Đurđević
Mirjana Đurđević (Belgrade, 1956) has published sixteen novels, as well as several short stories and essays. Her novel Deda Rankove riblje teorije/Grandpa Ranko’s Fish Theories/ (2004) won award Female pen in 2004. For her novel Kaya, Belgrade and the Good American she received the prestigious Meša Selimović Award for the best book in the region in 2009. Her works have been translated into English and Slovenian.

Gavra Vlaškalin was born in Zrenjanin in 1958, where he still lives and works.
In the last few years he is devoted to writing poetry and short stories.

Jasna Dimitrijević
Jasna Dimitrijević (1979, Negotin), graduated from the Department of Comparative Literature and Theory of Literature. The author of the story collection Recognitions (2015). Literary criticism and fiction have been published in journals and proceedings – Theorem on arrays, Booksa, Beton (Concrete), Ulaznica (Ticket), Zarez, (Comma), Beležnica (Notepad), Nivi Kaos (New Chaos), Arteist, Urbani vračevi (Urban Shamans), Literatura (Literature). Awarded at the regional literary contests (Vranac, Ulaznica, Beležnica). With the story “Wet Feet” (Nasse Füße, 2015) she is represented in the theta of Lichtungen magazine, dedicated to the contemporary Serbian prose. A member of the Biber team, which organizes the competition for the best short story on the theme of reconciliation in BHSC, Albanian and Macedonian language.

Gavra Vlaškalin
Gavra Vlaškalin was born in Zrenjanin in 1958, where he still lives and works.
In the last few years he is devoted to writing poetry and short stories.

Aleksandar Bjelogrlić
Aleksandar Bjelogrlić (Zrenjanin 1967), prose writer, essayist, translator. He has published, among other things, a collection of short stories irritation hypothalamus (IP “Beograd”, Zrenjanin, 1994), Kraken; new love and tajinstva (“Sfairos”, Belgrade, 1996), Anonymous (“National Book”, Belgrade, 2005), Basic option (“National Book”, Belgrade, 2007) and the Citadel (“Agora” from Zrenjanin, 2012) as well as a novel Brazilian watercolor (“Agora” from Zrenjanin, 2010). On the problems of narratology and literary fiction he wrote in an essay collections Invisible archipelago (the “primordial life”, Belgrade, 1994) and three essays; About zduhac of storytelling (GNB “Zarko Zrenjanin”, Zrenjanin, 2000). He has translated prose of Montagjua Rhodes James (book about ghosts, 1998, 2006), Tim Parks (novel Red Heat, 2003), Robert James Wallers (novel Thousands of rural roads, 2004), Doris Lessing (London Sketches, 2009) to Serbian.

Srđan V. Tešin
Srđan V. Tešin (Mokrin, 1971) studied philosophy and Communication, a graduate of the poetics of the short story.
He is the author of ten books and editor of six anthologies of short stories.
Major titles: Anthology of the best titles of the wilderness and dust, The Cooks profanity and other abominations, Below the Line and Stories from Mars.
He was awarded the “Borislav Pekic” award, Award of the Writers Association of Vojvodina for a Book of the Year, and Medal of culture for multiculturalism and interculturalism of Institute for Culture of Vojvodina. His prose is translated into a dozen European languages.
He has been published in national and international anthologies and collections of contemporary Serbian literature. His story Where Is Grandma, Where Do You Think She Hides ?, from a collection of Stories from Mars, was included in the anthology of the best European story American-English-Irish publisher Dalkey Archive Press.

Željko Bodrožić
Željko Bodrožić
Born in 1970 in Kikinda.
Founder and editor of the weekly “Kikindske”, which is issued since 1998 continuously. Since 2008, the owner of “Kikindske”.
Because of his texts several times convicted in the courts of Serbia financially and drastically panished, and the same was the fate of many colleagues in “Kikindske”. The first journalist in Serbia, which won the lawsuit against the state of the UN Committee for Human Rights in New York (2005), and the two cases before the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg (2009), in one case along with his colleague Vladislav Vujin, all due to violations of freedom of speech and expression.
2001 winner of NUNS journalism award for ethics and courage “Dusan Bogavac”.
Member of the Independent Association of Serbian Journalists and the Independent Journalists’ Association of Vojvodina.
Srđan Srdić
Srdjan Srdić was born in 1977 in Kikinda. He is the author of the novel “Dead field” and “Satori”, the story books “Espirando” and “Combustion” as well as collections of essays “Notes from reading.” He works as a librarian, teacher of creative writing / reading and editor. Srdić has won several literary awards and his books and articles have been translated into a dozen languages. Since September 2015, he returned to the be editor of the international short story festival Kikinda Short.
