Vladimir Lukaš saw the brightness of the hospital neon on a nice spring day in April 1978. He wrote many short biographies about his character and work, and almost everything ends with the words: “He lives and works in Skopje”.
“He lives and works in Skopje!” Shouted a mosquito with fresh summer blood.
“He lives and works in Skopje!” Exclaimed the shy feline fly.
“Who?!” said a shaky carnival from Kikinda.
He has been making animated films in recent years and is actively not involved in sports.
