Ivan Šopov (1987, Skopje) is writer and lecturer. He graduated World and Comparative Literature from the Faculty of Philology “Blaže Koneski” in Skopje. He published a collection of stories “Azbuka i zalutani zapisi” (2010), a collection of poems “Mesa na godinata” (2012), a collection of stories “091 – Antirazglednice iz Skoplja” (2017) and a book of satirical articles “Chronicle about Arslan Novinarski” (2018). He writes both poetry and haiku. His stories and songs have been translated into English, Romanian, Czech, Serbian, Croatian, German, Slovenian and Bulgarian.
