Muanis Sinanović (1989) is a Slovene poet, writer and critic. He has published four books of poetry to date and three books of prose. His poems have been translated into eight languages and widely anthologized, among other places in Europe: an Anthology of Contemporary European Poetry (Kingston University Press, London 2019). He has won two national awards for poetry and the only national award for criticism. His latest book is a recently published book of short stories, his short fiction debut. He was a current member of the jury for the Novo mesto short award which is a main Slovenian award for the book of short stories.
